Refund policy

Article 1. Right of withdrawal

1.1 Legal period

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumer Buyers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

1.2 Legal exclusions

The right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to:

  • Sales between private individuals (non-professional seller)
  • Personalized or made-to-order goods
  • Goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

1.3 Cumulative conditions for return

  • Written notice to contact@maisonanaka.fr within the 14-day period
  • Product unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging (case, dustbag, box)
  • All accessories and documents included

 

Article 2 – Returns NOT accepted

No return will be accepted in the following cases:

  • Simple change of mind
  • Misjudgment of condition (described and photographed)
  • Normal wear differences (patina, micro-scratches, leather softening)
  • Color variations due to screens
  • Residual odours (perfume, storage)
  • Product worn or showing signs of use
  • Missing or damaged original packaging
  • Withdrawal period exceeded

 

Article 3 – Accepted returns (limited cases)

A return may only be accepted, following prior written approval from Maison Anaka, in the following cases:

  • Clear product error: product different from the one ordered
  • Major undisclosed defect: not visible in the product listing photos
  • Proven authenticity dispute: following independent expert assessment

 

Article 4 – Claim procedure

1. Prompt notification

Email to contact@maisonanaka.fr within 48 hours of receipt (order number, precise reason, photos)

2. Prior approval

Maison Anaka reviews the request and confirms or declines the return in writing within 48-72h

3. Secure shipping

If approved, return via carrier (label provided or cost borne depending on the case)

4. Inspection

Product inspected upon receipt (condition, tag, accessories). Final decision within 5 business days.

 

Article 5 – Refund terms

5.1 Principle

No refund will be issued without prior written approval from Maison Anaka and receipt of the product in compliant condition.

5.2 Refund scope

The refund is limited to the product price.

EXCLUDED:

  • Original shipping costs (except Monogram Paris error)
  • Service and authentication fees
  • Installment payment commissions
  • Any indirect damages

5.3 Store credit or exchange

Maison Anaka reserves the right to offer store credit (valid 12 months) or an exchange in preference to a refund, except where the legal right of withdrawal applies.

5.4 Timeline

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt and approval of the returned product, via the payment method used for the order.
