Shipping policy

Article 1 – Delivery times

The delivery times shown are estimates and do not constitute a contractual commitment. They run from confirmation of payment.

Maison Anaka accepts no liability for delays caused by the carrier or by external circumstances (customs, weather, strikes, etc.).

 

Article 2 – Transfer of risk

In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the Buyer once they (or a third party they designate) physically take possession of the item.

The Buyer must check the condition of the parcel upon receipt and note any precise, dated reservations in case of anomaly.

 

Article 3 – Parcel marked "delivered" but not received

If carrier tracking indicates the parcel was delivered but the Buyer states they did not receive it, the following procedure applies without exception:

• 1.Written claim to contact@maisonanaka.fr within 24 hours of the delivery notification
• 2.Provision of a sworn statement of non-receipt (template available on request)
• 3.Filing of a police report in case of suspected theft
• 4.Cooperation with the investigation carried out by the carrier

In the absence of these elements, or if deadlines are not met, no refund can be granted where proof of delivery is established by the carrier (signature, geolocation, photo).
