AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE AND ANTI-COUNTERFEITING

Counterfeiting is a criminal offence punishable by up to 3 years' imprisonment and a €300,000 fine (Article L716-10 of the French Intellectual Property Code).

In cases of repeat offence or organised crime, these penalties may be increased to 7 years' imprisonment and a €750,000 fine.

Maison Anaka reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect its customers and partners.
